Jafza today (March 2, 2009) invited a select group of clients to a Customer Meet to brief them on wide ranging developments in its service offerings, particularly on its recently re-engineered customer care facilities located in Jafza 14 and 15. Attending clients included Daimler Middle East & Levant FZE, Aramex Emirates, Danzas AEI, Mars GCC FZE, Agility Global Logistics FZE, Ghantoot Gulf Constructing, Al Khaleej Sugar, GAC Logistics Park, Alokozay International and Kimoha Entrepreneurs among others.

Talal Al Hashemi, Managing Director, Economic Zones World-UAE; Ibrahim Al Janahi, Chief Commercial Officer; Fatma Salem, Senior VP-Operations; Shehab Sultan A Mesmar, Senior VP-Commercial Sales; Khaled Ahmed, Senior VP of Strategy & Development, Economic Zones World-Corporate and other Economic Zones World (EZW) officials, who were present on the occasion, briefed attending clients and held discussions with them on various aspects of the new customer care facility.

By sharing relevant information and ideas through an interactive Q&A session, EZW officials not only addressed client comments and queries but also shared with them the new re-engineered, top-of-the-line services, meant to provide them with an exceptionally efficient service experience.

Clients were also taken on a tour of Jafza 14 and 15 and walked through various customer care initiatives that have been implemented to optimise the scope of existing customer services including the intelligent queuing and processing system that efficiently directs clients to over 100 service counters for all their needs, full-fledged VIP services, meeting rooms and lounges enabled with Wireless Internet, a renovated and contemporary reception area and other related amenities.

This the first meet in a series of frequent customer networking events scheduled in the year.
