Flowserve Gulf FZE, a fully owned subsidiary of Texas based Flowserve Corporation, a leading provider of flow control products and services to the global oil, gas, chemical and other industries, yesterday inaugurated its state-of-the-art Quick Response Centre (QRC) in Jafza. The facility aims to address the service and repair needs of all pump and mechanical seal products regardless of original manufacturer to its clients at the fastest possible pace. Flowserve,  from its QRC, will support its customers in the Middle East region.

The 10,000 sq m centre was formally opened by Lewis King, President and Chief Executive Officer of Flowserve Corporation and Talal Al Hashemi, Managing Director, EZW UAE Region. The inaugural function was attended by senior officials from Jafza and Flowserve’s global head office in the US.

The Jafza-based Flowserve QRC is part of the group’s strategy to establish a network of quick service centres closer to its key customers to serve them efficiently, worldwide. Flowserve QRCs are strategically located throughout the world to provide customers with local support to help improve equipment reliability.
