We have recently unveiled our new, world-class customer care facility in the free zone. The completely re-engineered facility, designed after carefully analysing the customer experience over the years, features top-of-the-line personalised services and seeks to provide customers and visitors with a unparalleled service.
Innovation through delivery: Jafza Postal Services
EZW offers a comprehensive mail-room service that provides a range of offerings from collection and delivery of documents to printing services. Customers can now request for services from the group through the portal and have documents collected from and delivered to their doorstep.
Innovation through communication: Customer Notification & Email System
A new Customer Notification System has been developed that uses four channels of communication – email, SMS, telephone call and fax. This includes providing all customers with an exclusive email account on a platform called JafzaMail that will give them up to 25 GB of storage space.
Jafza: Leadership in Logistics
- Jafza is the largest free zone in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and the only free zone built around the Jebel Ali Port.
- Jafza pioneered the free zone concept to the MENA region. It forms a unique trade and business hub for the Middle East, with over 6,000 company licenses having been issued to companies to operate within the Free Zone. These companies perform various types of economic activities in the areas of manufacturing, trade and services.
- Jafza has been acknowledged as a significant contributor to the economy of Dubai and the UAE. This is supported by the various opportunities that Jafza presents to its customers and to the wider economy and is illustrated by its capacity in:
